Vinnie put his last 19k in and then Eric raised to 100k to shut out the field. All folded and Eric took a small side pot. Vinnie held T 6 . Eric held K J . Flop came K 5 2 extending Eric's lead with a pair of Kings. Turn was the 3 , which gave Vinnie some outs to a gutshot. Sure enough, someone said "Four" and the dealer peeled off the river card, which was the 4 , completing Vinnie's straight and shipping him the 112k pot.

That's the end of another level and players are taking 10.

Tuesday, 18th of December 2007 05:56 AM

Tuesday, 18th of December 2007 12:53 AM

Eric Buchman raised to 36k from the middle and Matt Brady moved all in from the cutoff. Konstantine then called all-in from the small blind and Eric ducked for cover. Matt tabled 73 offsuit (I kid you not) and Konstantine showed pocket Aces. Board came Q J 7 4 4 and Konstantine doubled up, leaving Matt with about 40k.

Adrian Velez raised, Robert Seman called, then Frank Vizza moved all in for 89k. Adrian called and Robert bowed out. Frank held A T and needed help. Adrian held pocket Kings. The board came J 5 4 7 7 and Frank was done.

Frank Vizza finished in 25th place, earning $7,114.

On a flop of J 9 3 , Feming Chan moved all in for 131k and got called by Konstantine. Feming held A3 off for bottom pair. Konstantine held pocket Tens and was ahead, until the turn, that is. An Ace fell giving Feming two pair. River was a King and no help to Konstantine and Feming doubled up.

Tuesday, 18th of December 2007 12:43 AM

Change the name of this game to Survivor.

Gary Walter moved his short stack in and was called by both Mike Sica and Michael Russo, who checked down the board of 9 4 A Q 4. Michael showed pocket 7s and Gary showed AT for Aces up. Mike mucked and Gary tripled up.

Mike Nelson moved in for 56k. John Racener made the call after a bit of thought, showing A J . Mike held A K for the lead. Board came T 3 2 6 5 and Mike doubled up.

Frank Vizza got all his chips in the middle and was looked up by Robert Seman. Frank's K 2 was dominated by Robert's K 6 , but the board came A J 9 4 K to give Frank the flush and double up.

That's three all-ins and three survivors.

Tuesday, 18th of December 2007 12:17 AM

Level 15: Blinds 6k/12k with 2k antes. Play has resumed. Sorry for the absence of chip counts from that break, but I was busy getting caught up!

Tuesday, 18th of December 2007 12:03 AM

Joe 'JoeyTheB' Brooks got all in and called by pocket Kings. Joey held 9 7 . The board came 5 2 8 6 K giving Joey the straight and the quadruple up. Joe said "I Bax'ed you!" and gave credit to Cliff 'JohnnyBax' Josephy.

Adrian Velez raised to 25k under-the-gun and Mike Sica called from his left.  The flop was A Q 7 , Adrian checked, Mike Sica bet 35k and Adrian called. Turn was the 9 and again Adrian checked. Mike moved out 60k and Adrian wanted to know what Mike had left -- about 130k. After a good bit of churning, Adrian released his hand and Mike scooped the pot.   (I cornered Mike later to find out what he held and he told me it was AQ for top two pair.  He also said he put Adrian on pocket Kings and maybe the K .)

Troy O'Neal moved his last 53k all in and got called by Eugene Jandris. Troy's pocket Jacks were ahead of Eugene's pocket 9s, but he said he knew he was going to get beat and started gathering his things. Sure enough, the board came T 5 4 7 9 and Eugene made a set on the river.

Troy O'Neal finished in 27th place, earning $7,114.

That's the end of the level and players are on break.
