This may be the best analysis regarding the current state of the UIGEA legislation that I have yet seen. In short, it outlines the proposed regulations that the UIGEA will impose upon the financial industry, as well as the process that remains for its final implementation. How will this affect the average poker player, you ask? Well, you’ll have to read the article and draw your own conclusions…..

Kenna is truly one of poker’s finest gentlemen, and we are honored to be the exclusive host to his blog.
