	John McMahon - 2nd place

HUH53: Danny raised 70K and John called. Flop was T 4 5; John checked, Danny bet 70K, John raised another 200K; Danny popped it again 425K and John moved all-in. Danny called, showing pocket 4s for the set. John held 76 for the open-ended straight draw. Turn was another Ten and Danny made the full house -- John was drawing dead. The stacks were close and we had to wait for them to be counted down.

And it is OVER! Danny had John covered.

Danny (Mehrdad) Yousefzadeh finished in 1st place, earning $488,828, a $10,000 seat at the 2007 WSOP Main Event (with $1,000 travel expense money) and the gold and diamond WSOP Circuit Championship ring.

John McMahon finished in 2nd place, earning $268,858.

HUH49: Danny called and John checked. J 8 5 ; John checked; Danny bet 70K; John called. Turn = 4 ; John checked; Danny bet 100K; John called. River = 3 . John checked; Danny bet 120K and John called, showing AJ for top pair. Danny rolled over pocket Aces and dragged the pot.

HUH43: Danny called; John checked. On the flop of 8 6 Q, both checked. Turn was a 9; Danny bet 40K which John check-called. River was an Ace and again John check-called Danny's 80K bet. Danny showed 75 for the straight and took the pot. (John showed T8 for a pair of 8s.)

HUH34: John called in the dark and Danny popped it 65K more. John looked at his cards, then called. Flop was J T 2 -- both checked. Turn was an Ace -- both checked. River was a King -- both checked. Danny showed pocket 8s, but John held K7 for the rivered pair of Kings and John took down another pot.

HUH 37: Danny called and John checked. Flop was A 9 2. John checked, Danny bet 55K and John called. Turn was an Ace and both checked. River was a King and both checked. Danny showed pocket Queens and got some of his chips back.

HUH29: Danny called and John checked. Flop was A A 4 and both checked. Turn was a 5 and both checked. River was a 3 and both checked. John rolled over pocket Kings -- I kid you not -- and took the pot.

John checked, Danny fired 125K and John called. Turn was a 7 and both checked. River was a Queen and Danny checked, John bet 400K and after a couple of mintes, Danny called. John showed JT and took the pot with two pair. Danny mucked.

HUH16: Danny called and John checked. Flop was K 4 A. John checked, Danny bet 40K, and John called. Turn was a 7. Both checked. River was a J and both checked. John showed K7 for two pair and took the pot. I kid you not folks, he checked the river with two pair.

HUH8: John called and Danny popped it another 65K, which John called. Flop was 9 4 4. Danny lead with 60K and John called. Turn was another 9 and both checked. River was an 8 and Danny bet 125K. John moved all in and after a few moments, Danny said "I'm not putting another penny in this pot, I fold my full house", showing A4. John showed 65 (playing the board) with the busted straight draw as he dragged the pot.

HUH4: John called; Danny checked. T K 2 check, check. Turn was J -- Danny bet 30K and John called. River was A . Danny checked and John said "all-in". Danny folded and John showed the Q -- yes, John moved all in with the Royal Flush.

Heads-Up Hand 1 (HUH1): Danny called and John checked. Flop was J A 6 -- both checked. Turn was another J -- both checked. RIver was another Ace -- both checked. John showed pocket 5s, which were counterfieted by the board. Danny showed K5; his King kicker played and he took the pot.

Hand 164: Eugene completed the small and Danny checked his option. Flop was 5 5 6. Eugene bet 30K; Danny raised another 40K; Eugene moved all in and Danny called. Eugene's Q6 (two pair) was trailing Danny's 95 (trips). Last two cards were K 2 and Danny took the pot, sending Eugene to the rail.

Eugene Fouksman finished in 3rd place, earning $137,484.

Hand 162: Eugene raised to 100K from the button and Danny moved all in from the small blind. Eugene asked for a count, but before it was ready, said 'I call' and showed AQ off. Danny's A8 off was badly dominated, but the board came J 8 2 9 4 and Danny caught the 3-outer to double up with the pair of 8s. He's now got about 1.4 million and Eugene is down to about 350K.

Hand 152: Eugene raised from the small and Danny called from the big. Flop was 9 3 3 and Eugene moved all in. Danny called, showing 7 7 . He was ahead of Eugene's A 7 . Turn was 8 giving Eugene more outs with the flush draw. River was A giving Eugene the bigger pair and the double up.

Hand 150: All three see the flop for the minimum and check down the board of Q J J Q Q. On the river, Danny bet 200K. John folded and after some thought, Eugene called. Neither player held the case Queen or a pair of Jacks or better, so Danny and Eugene split up John's third of the pot.

	Frank Vizza - 4th place

Hand 145: First hand after the break. John called from the button and Frank moved all in from the small blind. John called, showing KT off. Frank held K3 off and was dominated. Board came 6 6 8 7 2 and Frank was busted.

Frank Vizza finished in 4th place, earning $106,932.

Sorry for the delay -- technical difficulties have prevented updates, but level 17 ended with hand 144 which was a split pot between John and Frank. Then they went on break for 10.

River was a 5 and they checked it down. John showed JT for a pair of Tens, but Danny held AT for the same pair, but with a better kicker to win the pot.

Hand 132: Eugene opened for 60K and Frank moved all in from the big blind. After some thought, Eugene called, showing AT. Frank was ahead with pocket Queens, but the board came 4 A 3 J 3 and Eugene doubled up with Aces up.

Hand 112: Danny made it 65K from the button. John called from the small blind, then Frank moved all in from the big. All folded and Frank showed AK. With that pot, Frank is approaching 700K and has worked his way back into contention.

Hand 109: Danny made it 65K and Frank moved in from the small blind for another 194K. Danny called, showing AQ off. Frank was ahead with pocket 9s. Board came 6 3 9 6 8 and Frank makes the full house to double through.

Hand 76: Danny made it 45K to go from the button and Frank moved all in from the big blind, for another 124K. After about 90 seconds, Danny called, showing T9 suited. Frank was ahead with A3 off. Board came 9 3 4 3 8 and Frank doubled through with trip treys.

Hand 71: Matt raised to 46K from the button. Danny came over the top for 150K total from the small blind. Matt went into the tank for a couple of minutes, then moved all in. Danny called, showing pocket 9s. Matt's pocket 8s were a big dog and needed help, but the board came 4 5 A 7 3 and Matt's day was done.

Matt Brady finished in 5th place, earning $91,656.

Hand 68: Danny opened for 45K and John called from the button, as did Eugene in the big blind. Flop was 7 T 5 . Eugene checked, Danny fired 75K, and John called. Turn was K . Danny pressed it to 240K and John moved all in. Danny called immediately, showing T5 offsuit for two pair, but John rolled over KT offsuit for two bigger pair. River was a Queen and John doubled up through Danny to become the new chip leader.

	Rick Austin - 6th place

Hand 62: Danny raised to 45K and John called from the button, then Rick moved all in from the small blind for another 53K. After a bit of thought, Dan called and John also joined the Fray. Both players checked down the board of 2 6 T 4 7 . Rick showed pocket 8s, but John rolled over AT for a pair of Tens. Danny mucked and John took the pot, sending Rick to the rail.

Rick (Richard) Austin finished in 6th place, earning $76,380.

Hand 58: Rick moved all in from the cutoff and Matt called all-in from the big blind, showing A Q . Rick's Q J needed help, but the board came A 5 3 5 8 and Matt doubled through.

	David Fox - 7th place

Hand 50: Danny made it 35K and was called by John and David (big blind). Flop was T 6 3 and all 3 checked. Turn was 9 and it wsa checked to Danny, who bet 65K. John got out of the way and David raised to 140K. After some thought, Danny called. River was A . David moved in and Danny called. David said 'pair of Aces' and Danny rolled over pocket 9s for the set and the win.

David Fox finished in 7th place, earning $61,104.

Hand 48: David made it 40K and John called from the small blind. Flop was Q 5 A and both checked. Turn was 8 and John moved all in for 281K. After a little thought, David folded. With some encouragement from the crowd, John showed his hand: A 8 for two pair. "Hoo-Rah! Semper Fi!"

Hand 43: Matt raised to 32K and Frank moved all in from the small blind. After a count (another 114K) Matt called, showing pocket 7s. Frank held A Q and it was off to the races.....albeit a short one. Board came Q 8 T A 8 and Frank doubled through.

Hand 34: Four players take the flop for the minimum: K 8 3 . Checked to Danny (button) who bet 50K. John (small blind) folded, as did Rick (big blind). Then David (middle position) jacked it up to 150K. Back to Danny, who moved all in. After counting him down, David called, showing pocket Aces. Danny showed K3 suited for two pair and the lead. Last two cards were 4 2 and Danny doubled up through David.

Hand 35: Matt moved all in from the middle and Rick (small blind) decided to look him up. Matt's Q5 offsuit was in bad shape against Matt's A Q . But the board came J K 4 5 9 and Matt made a pair of 5s, dodging the flush draw, and doubled up through Rick.

Hand 27: Frank raised under the gun and John called from the small blind. Flop was 6 9 4 and both checked. Turn was A . John checked, Frank shoved 100K, and John shoved all his chips. Frank called immediately, showing AK offsuit for top pair. John rolled over A 8 for the stone-cold nuts (Ace-high flush) and John was drawing dead. River was an irrelevant 4 and John has doubled up through Frank, who was left with less than 100K.

Hand 20: Eugene made it 25K from the middle and John (small blind) was his only caller. Flop was 6 K 8 -- both checked. Turn was 9 -- check, check. River was 9 -- check, check. Eugene showed pocket 5s and and took the pot.

Hand 15: Danny made it 35K to go and David called from the big blind. Flop was 5 Q 2 -- both checked. Turn was 4 . David checked, Danny fired 60K and David called. River was 7 and again David checked. Danny gave up on the bluff and checked behind. David showed 6 5 for a pair of 5s and Danny mucked his hand.

Hand 8: Danny bumped it to 25K and John called, as did Grant on the button. Flop was 2 4 3 and Danny opened for 42K. John got out of the way and Grant moved all in for another 109K. After a couple minutes thought, Danny called. Grant held pocket 6s and was trailing Danny's pocket 8s. Last two cards were K A and Grant was toast.

Grant Lang finished in 8th place, earning $45,828.

	Chuck Norris - 9th place

Hand 5: Frank raised to 24K and Chuck moved in for 78K total. Frank called, showing K Q . Chuck was ahead with Q Q . Flop was 6 A A and Frank was still looking for a King. Turn was the 9 and Frank picked up the heart flush draw and needed any heart or King to take the pot. River was the 2 completing Frank's flush and completing Chuck's tournament.

Chuck (Charles) Norris finished in 9th place, earning $30,552.

Hand 3: David made it 25K and Eugene called from the button, then Danny popped it to 75K from the big blind. David folded and Eugene mucked his pocket 4s face up.

Hand 4: Matt moved all in for 106K from the button and got no takers.

Rick Austin is a 49-year-old retail store owner from Lansdale, PA. He has been married for 30 years and has two grown children. Rick is also a huge fan of Philadelphia’s sports teams, including the Eagles and Phillies. Hopefully, he will perform better than those two teams at today’s final table. Rick has six cashes at major poker tournaments, along with a win at the Summer Poker Open in 2006 – good for $24,000. He also finished second in one of last week’s tournaments here at Caesars Atlantic City. He is the chip leader coming into Day Three.

Seat 2: Grant Lang
Hometown: Danbury, CT

Grant Lang is a 40-year-old poker professional from Danbury, CT. He is married and has three children. Grant is perhaps the most famous face at today’s final table, for having appeared on ESPN’s coverage of the 2005 World Series of Poker and Tournament of Champions. He finished 6th at the 2005 TOC and also took fifth place in the WSOP Circuit event championship event at the Rio in Las Vegas. That was his best cash ever – good for $116,000.

Seat 3: Frank Vizza
Hometown: Cold Spring Harbor, NY

Frank Vizza is a 40-year-old commodity trader from Cold Spring Harbor, NY. He has a wife and five sons. Frank cashed three times at the 2005 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He also finished 8th that same year in the finals at the United States Poker Championships – which was best cash to date, good for $44,000.

Seat 4: David Fox
Hometown: Coram, NY
Chip Count: 637,000
David Fox is a 30-year-old professional poker player from Corum, NY. He says the most interesting thing about himself is that he “never wins a hand with Ace-Queen.” He does arrive with the second-highest chip count today. David has an impressive list of cashes and final table appearances on his poker resume. Yet, he has never won a major tournament. He did take second place at the East Coast Poker Championships last November and fifth at the Trump Poker Classic in December.

Seat 5: Chuck Norris

Chuck Norris is a 37-year-old general contractor and land developer from Fayetteville, NC. He is married and has one son. Chuck is also a U.S. Army veteran. He was in the Special Forces and served in the Persian Gulf War. If this final table were an ass-kicking contest, the favorite would certainly be Chuck Norris. Instead, he comes in with the biggest challenge of anyone – as the shortest stack at he table. This will be his second time to cash at the Caesars Atlantic City Circuit event.

Seat 6: Eugene Fouksman
Hometown: Manalapan, NJ
Chip Count: 513,000
Eugene Fouksman is a 28-year-old investment analyst from Manalapan, NJ. He arrives third in the chip count at this final table. A few days ago, Eugene finished second in an event here at Caesars Atlantic City. He also took second place at last year’s Harrah’s Atlantic City Circuit event – good for $68,000 in prize money.

Seat 7: Matt Brady
Hometown: Upper Darby, PA
Chip Count: 122,000
Matt Brady is a 26-year-old professional poker player from Upper Darby, PA. He is a graduate of West Virginia University. This former Mountaineer has quite a mountain to climb at this final table, as he starts eighth in the chip count. However, he is the most accomplished player in today’s finale over the past two years – with 15 cashes to his credit. This includes 7th place here at Caesars Atlantic City last week. His biggest cash was 4th place for $51,000 at the World Poker Finals at Foxwoods in 2006.

Danny Yousefzadeh is a 40-year-old jewelry store owner from New York City. He hopes to add a WSOP gold ring to his jewelry collection with a win here today. He is married and has a 2-month old daughter. Danny cashed in the main event at the 2005 World Series of Poker.

Seat 9: John McMahon
Hometown: Riverdale, NJ
Chip Count: 293,000
The senior player at today’s final table is John McMahon, a 57-year old project manager from Riverdale, NJ. John is a former U.S. Marine and served proudly in Vietnam. Remarkably, this is the first tournament John has ever played in and he is certainly a threat to win given his background and with what appears to be an average number of chips.
