Clint limped in on the button and Brian checked his option. The flop brought the 6s 5h 9d. Brian fired 17K at the pot and Clint merely called. The turn brought the 2s. Brian made it 50K to go and Clint smooth called. The river came the 3d. Brian pushed all in and Clint couldn’t call fast enough. Brian showed the Q 9 and Clint Baskin turned over the Ah 4c for the straight to take 1st for $372,240

Clint has the button. Brian raises from the big blind for 30K more. Clint peeps at his cards and makes the call. Flop comes the Ah Qd 6s. Brian leads for 50K and Clint makes the call. The turn comes the 6c. Brian bets 100K this time and Clint goes into thinking mode. Clint makes a reraise for another 200K. One of the gallery folk says rather loudly, " he put his hands behind his head". Tsk tsk..... not nice to call out tells. Brian mucks and Clint takes the pot. Brian sits on only 300K in chippage now. Clint has a 6 to 1 chip lead over Brian.

Brian has the button. He raised for another 15K and Clint called. The flop came the 2h 7c 7h. Clint checks and Brian bets 40K. Clint opts out of this one.

Clint takes the next two hands and increases his lead once again.

Brian Fidler recoups some of his losses. Clint limped from the button and Brian check his option. The flop came the Jh 2h 2s. Checked. The turn came the Tc. Brian bet 15K and Clint took it up a notch to 55K. Brian called. The river came the 5s. Brian checked to Clint who bet 75K. Brian made the call. Clint turned over a Q hight and Brian showed two pair with the J 3.

Clint limped in on the button. Brian Fidler took it higher in the big blind by raising it to 18K. Brian called. The flop came the 6s 4d 2h. Brian bet 45K. Clint smooth called. The turn came the 2s. Brian bet 80K and Clint smooth called once again. The river brought the 9c. Brian bet 120K and Clint, well, yes, he called. Brian showed the As 6d and Clint the Qh 2c for three of a kind and a huge pot.

What a laydown. Clint limped in from the small blind. Brian checked his option and we see the flop of the 9s 9d 7h. Checked. Turn brought the 9d. Clint bet 15K. Brian called. The river came the 8h to fill up the board. Clint fired 50K at the pot and unbelievably Brian laid his hand down

Brian is in the big blind. He checks to Clint who limped in the small. THe Ad Td 8d hits the board. Clint bets and Brian mucks.

Finally, Tony bolsters his account. Brian Fidler raised to 28K from the small blind and Tony Le called him from the big. The flop came the Kh 3h 2h. Brian bet 30K and Tony called. The turn brought the 3s. Brian shot 45K out on the felt and once again Tony called. The river brought the 6d. Both checked this time. Tony showed pocket fives and wins this big ole pot. Go presto!

Tony mucks and Clint pulls lots of 5K chips to the side, enought to put RCW all in and looks at RCW. Is it real or is it memorex? Clint is real, and he moves all in. RCW calls. Clint has the Ad 8s and RCW the Qh Js. The flop brought the Ah Th 5d. The turn is the 7h. The river is another A and we lose RCW Cheung to 4th place for $82,720.

On the button, Clint raised to 30K. Justin moved all in and got called by Clint. Clint showed the Qs Qh and Justin the Ah Ks. The flop brought the 4h 5h 3s. The 6c hits the turn. Now Justin has tons of outs to stay alive. Any 7,2, A or K. The river comes the 7c and viola....we chop chop.

Tony Le has the button. Clint raises for another 15K from the small blind. Justin calls from the big blind. The flop comes the Kh 9s Jc. Clint bet 30K and Justin calls. The Qc hits the turn. Clint bets 60K and Justin calls. The Qh comes on the river. No action. Clint shows the AA and Justin the KJ. The final Q destroyed Justins two pair and Clint takes the pot.

Back to Clint and he goes into the thinking mode. Oh what to do, what to do. He makes the call. Justin mucks. RCW shows the Jc Js and Clint has the As 9c. The turn comes the 3h and now Clint needs an Ace or 9. The river is a 6s and RCW doubles up and is back in the ballgame.

RCW raised to 28K on the button. Tony Le reraised for 60K more and RCW folds.

JC Tran raised and Justin Scott pushed all in then got the call from JC Tran. JC turned over the powerful Qc Qd and Justin the 4c 4s. The flop brought the gallery to their feet as it came the 8h 9h 4h. The turn brought the 3s followed by the 2d to take J C Tran out in 6th place for $62,040.

Joe is a 3 to 1 favorite here. The flop came the Td 7d 7c. The 9h just landed on the turn to destroy Joes hand. He has 3 queens to catch, and the river card is the 9s and we lose Joseph DuBois in 7th for $51,700. Tony checked raises for 55K more. RCW calls. The river is the 9h. Tony Le bets a whopping 75K this time and RCW goes to the tank. RCW calls. Tony Le shows three sevens and takes down a literal monster. RCW is left with 200K.

In late positon, Justin raised to 18K. Brian Fidler, on the button takes it to 40K total and Justin called. The flop came the Td 5c Tc. Justin checked and Brian bet 50K. Justin folded and passed more chips away.

JC takes a big pot off of Justin Scott. JC called UTG and Justin raised to 47K in the cutoff. The flop came the 3s Ac Kc. Both checked. The As came on the turn. JC bet 25K and Justin mucked.

Button is on Justin. Clint, in late position took it to 15,500. Matt came over him to make it 60K. Back to Clint, he crisscrosses his hands behind him head, leans back in his chair, settles back in and reraises to put Matt all in. Onus is on Matt now. This could be the best or the worst move in this tournament.......and he.......stares intently at his chips and says "its not as good as last time" and then called. He shows the 9h 9c and Clint has big slick, the As Kc. Almost even. Lets see the flop. It comes the 2c 5d Qd. The turn is the 7c and the river comes the Ac and the nines go down. Move the button to Joe DuBois. In early position, Brian takes it to 18K. Folded to Justin in the big blind, he comes over the top for 40K more. Up to Brian and he asks Justin for his chip count. (must be a move Daniel taught him :c) ) He mucks and Justin takes the pot. HE has a whole group of friends at the Hardrock drinking and eating enjoying the fun from about 30 ft away. Smart thinking......listen and party at the same time.

Button on Clint Baskin. J C takes it 16,500 to go. And he takes it down.

J C Tran has the button. RCW raises from middle to late postion and wins the blinds and antes.

Button is on Tony Le. Matt raises to 17K in early position. Tony reraises to 80K and Matt mucks.

Turn is the Qs. J C bet 46K and Brian makes the call. On the river we get the 2h. J C is first and he moves all in for 71,500. Brian mucks and J C takes it down.

Brian Fidler has the button. Justin raised to 18K and once again scoops the blinds and antes.

Justin Scott raised to 20K from the cutoff. This time no one elects to play.

Justin gets the button. He limps and RCW raised for 18K more. Justin is regretting his limping in. He mucks.

Button is on Matt. Justin raised to 16K from the small blind and RCW in the big mucks.

Give the button to Clint now. Justin Scott raised to 18K UTG and Matt reraised all in from the big blind for 48,500. Justin slowly counts out the difference and after a great deal of thought, calls. Matt shows Jd Jh and Ac Qd for Justin Scott. The flop brought the 2c 6d 7c. 7h on the turn and on the river comes the 4h and Matt Russell doubles through Justin Scott taking him to about 135K in chippage.

Last year this event went until 6am in the morning. Oh...please dont have a reapeat!

Button is on J C Tran. Folded around to RCW, he raised to 12K. No callers.

Justin Scott has the button. Joe raised to 15K and gets no calls.
