USAGE Usage of any/all blogs displayed on PokerPages.com constitutes acceptance of the following: The thoughts, comments, statements, and opinions expressed in each blog are solely the opinion of the author and do not necessarily represent the thoughts or opinions of PokerPages.com. PokerPages.com provides the blogger an environment in which they have freedom of speech. In return, PokerPages.com requests that the blogger respect, honor, and foster said environment. Rules and Regulations: PokerPages will not tolerate blog posts that contain material that has been deemed ‘Offensive Materials’. - infringe or violate any right of a third party or any domestic or international law, rule or regulation including, but not limited to:
- (i) copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or contractual rights
- (ii) right of privacy (specifically, you must not distribute another person's personal information of any kind without their express permission) or publicity
- (iii) any confidentiality obligation
LINKS Poker Pages understands that linking to content on other sites is a necessary component of any blog. With that in mind, we do not censor cross-links to other sites, though Poker Pages reserves the right to remove any link that contains any ‘Offensive Material’ (see list above). PokerPages will not be held responsible for content on any outside site that is linked to from a PokerPages blog. Users following a link from a PokerPages blog due so at their own discretion, and release PokerPages from any liability that may arise as a result of accessing those links. PHOTOS Poker Pages blog users are allowed to post photographs provided the content of the photographs are not of a sexually explicit nature, do not violate any existing copyright law, and/or fall into any category defined under ‘Offensive Material’ (see above.) RIGHTS While the writer retains ownership of their work, the writer grants Poker Pages the rights to post, publish, and archive their submission(s) on PokerPages.com, and to redistribute their submission(s) as needed (with authorship noted), for perpetuity. PokerPages.com also maintains the rights to utilize, reproduce, and promote the writer's name, likeness, photograph, and biography in connection with promoting the features/offerings of PokerPages.com.
